Hmm V1 for me mate, as V2 is too dark imo. The render looks pretty fine, I would move it some more to the left though. I like the textures at the right side, but the colours of the sig aren't good, the pink doesn't fit with the black of the render. The BG is nice, just add some lightning to it, its a bit flat now. I like the simple look of the text, but its kinda hard to read because its red. Also the placement can be better, move it to the left side.
Overall its a pretty nice sig mate, but I would start using Photoshop instead of Imageready if I were you
