lol that doll looks mad like the idea, the outcome could be better.

Think you should work some more on the effects at they looks a bit flat. Duplicate the stock a couple of times and change the settings.
Font is fine and fits the style well.
Think you should add some lightning work as well.

hauhuaha lmao. Its a great idea mate.
It actually looks like him cause of the mouth and eyes that you used from him.
But the effects in the sign itself could be better. something that would put all the focus on the baby doll.
the text looks nice but i think it could be something that would bring out attention to it.

TBH, Im unsure about what exactly to do next with this, as Im sure your aware, Ive not done anything like this before...
