sorry mate not a fan of this, the render needs blending, the text could be better the bg can also be alot better. the textures can be used better aswell. kiu mate try some tuts

The BG Needs Work Mate..It's Too Plain..And It's Too Dark . . Add Some Lighting...
The Render Effects Need Work..And Like Liverpool Said It Needs Blending...
The Text Is Bad Man..Work On The Font Aswell.Good Luck !
