Pretty nice mate. Background looks simple but fits imo. TExt looks nice but i think thats not the best font for this sign. Render work look good but i think you have over done some of the textures on it . try to take some of them off and put some colors on it

The render looks really good, I like the textures on his shoulders, but at the bottom they look too dodged imo. Also the render blending can be some better. The BG is nice, fits well with the render like LilJay said. The text is ok, the font is nice imo but I don't really like the reflection.
