It is a okay sig, and it got potential.

The render needs more work, i think you should remove the glove around Tevez, it dosen't look good. Instead you could place a second render with low opacity. The other effects looks ok and the render is blended nicely.
The manchester united text looks fine, but in the left side in stops a wird place, it looks like something is missing. The Carlos Tevez text needs improvement though, the colour is fine, but the font aint good.
The background needs some work as well, it is a little to empty, try to put a stadium or a picture with low opacity in.
Imo you should also put a border on it.

the render effects are nice mate, the bg could be better as the red shape doesnt work on that bg. the effects are not very good as you cant really seen them.
the text could be alot better, the render needs blending. keep it up mate.
