The reflecting bit looks great - how about rub some of it out with an eraser, and have 25% flow on it - it'l look like it's fading. That'd be cool!

Good stuff there mate . Theo looks very good, has nice effects and colors. Good lightings. Eminem is a bit simple, need more work, some effects and textures, text could be better. Kennedy is good but need more work too, fonts need more improvements, some effects, good lights. Nice Ribery, has a good lightings and nice work with stock but Franck face is too strange, try change this . Good fonts and shapes. KIU .
