comments quick please its for a comp closing tonight

colours are nice but add a little more light, render effects are ok but more can be added, the striped line effect looks ok, background is ok but more can be added to it, red border is nice but may look better with out rubbed out parts, kiu mate

The bg looks okay and the scanlines looks okay. The colors looks okay, but the can be improved. The render effects looks fine, but the splatter could be better mate. The text looks okay. The border looks fine.. Work with the colors mate
