I can say that you have improved but more work is also needed. I'm not sure if you have resized render properly, hold shift when you do resize. Render work can be better, blending isn't executed so well mate. BG is to simple and lacks more textures. Texture work is ok but maybe overdone, try to use several textures, and play with options, blur, motion blur, fragment, opacity, screen mode, color dodge... put some textures before you insert your render and some after inserting render to make blending between BG and render. Text is ok mate but it lacks more textures and effects. Keep working mate

I started with usin your tutorial but i got stuck on th part where u have to select main renders lol
so started playing around

It's easy, just hold ctrl and click on all main render's layers and after that right click on any of those selected layers, option box will appear and then select merge layers.
