Everything except the text looks fine mate, read text tutorials, they are simple and effective KIU mate!

well all 3 versions needs color and contrast improvements in my opinion.. try to make it less monotone for instance
text needs improvements, and the bg needs a bit more work - try to add some depth to it by blending in some stocks.
render is a bit too big, resize it and improve the blending, and tone down the effects a little so that it doesn't look overdone
