bg is so empity and simple
work more on your bg
render neeeds some blending and some effects
add some textures in your bg and light textures on your render
work more on your text, it could be much better
play with the lights, add some lighting effects... giving always highlights on your render
try out some tutos and keep praticing

the BG looks bad mate .work on it
the render looks transoerant and bad .sorry
colors doesnt work mate, try again

The bg is a bit borring mate. Make it interesting. The bg could need some colors.
The render looks okay. The outglow isn't good mate. The render needs some more effects and blending. The text looks okay, but it could be better.
