Default Using GIMP

Okay. My entire computer crashed, and they're not sure if they can do data recovery so I may not have PS for a while, and as a result, I have to use gimp . Does anybody else on this site use it? I've gotten some tutorials on gimp, but I'm wondering if I can pointers from people here.

This is bad news mate . For me you are very good designer and i like your works . I think GIMP is nice but certainly Photoshop is better. I have heard that GIMP is very hard... I hope that will be good. And you the sudden return to form. Maybe you can best designer, who worked in the GIMP . Sorry for my Eng.

Thanks guys for the support. I may have lost a lot of other stuff, besides gfx and all that. Well, I'll tell you when I get PS back, hopefully soon

Wow, thank you, maybe, if the data is swept off my computer that would help. But this is my dad's computer I'm using and I don't think he wants me doing stuff to it. Depends on how you can help me

Mate if you need any hep ask me. I know almost everything about it as i used it for a long time until i got PS.
One thing which is annoying is the layer modes. There are not many and if you want to save as a PSD file some of them won't work. Dodge, addition, burn etc. If you need any help with it just ask
I would also recommend saving a lot of the time because it crashes a lot. At least when i had it it did.
There is also not many tools. It has the basics but some of the are missing like the pen tool.

I tried GIMP one time. And it was very confusing. So i got PS. But is uggest just finding some tutorials on goole. which .M! had done for you. And see where that gets you
