Ok so it's happened twice now where people have given me reps, but my reps never went up.
When this happens there is a little black dot instead of a green one.
If this means they are taking away from my reps could someone please fix it.
Both time this happened i was helping people and they said thanks and that was at my reps.
Can anyone help????

If the members have a beginning rep power of 0, so when they give you rep, you'll get that gray icon.
