Milan Ready To Consider Silva Swoop?




Milan are ready to make another dip into the transfer market for Brazilian defender Alex Silva of Sao Paulo according to Il Corriere Dello Sport.

This has forced the club to re-consider their options and vice president, Adriano Galliani is, once again, ready to shuffle his cards and bring an ace to San Siro.

The 5-0 drubbing to Chelsea didn’t help their cause either.

With Alarm bells ringing in defence, Il Corriere Dello Sport claims that Milan are ready to prize Alex Silva away from Brazil and towards Serie A.

The 23-year-old stopper is strong, powerful and has pace in abundance, qualities that are needed in Milan’s aging backline.

Carlo Ancelotti recently declared the market as closed for his side but there may be room for one last transfer.

Il Diavolo have the Scudetto stuck in their minds for this season and they are desperate to halt Inter’s dominance in Serie A, in which case, a stopper is needed to boost their chances of success.
