not bad for your first, but there is a lot to work on first of all always use small and simple texts in your avas.. the "fra-93" is taking up too much of my focus and that's not good colors are ok but can still be better, how are you doing the coloring work? by adding fill layers or adjustment layers, or by selective colors? the effect thing on his head doesn't look very good in my opinion, and you need some lighting
