I used an artur boruc render and resized it to 177 * 200 pixels. I then set up a 500*200 canvas. How do I get the render on to the canvas.

Also How do I insert an image as a background.
Help would be appreciated,.

Mate I already told you, it's the same for renders, textures... you just open render or texture or somethin else you want to add to your canvas and simply drag it into it. Maybe to try to google some PS basic tutorials would be best thing you can do now

Don't worry mate I completely understand you but fastest way to learn basic things is to follow tutorials, you have plenty of them just try to search. Also try to explore PS by yourself, good luck
