Is really really annoying.

Done something to my hamstring ( must have pulled / strained it ) during a match last Friday well it was a trial match for the regional squad. I never thought it was that bad so i played again on the Sunday for my club then during the match i realized it was pretty bad.

So it ended up i got through to the last trial for the Regional - but i cant go now because i am injured. Plus its the Sports Academy summer thing so i have been standing watching people train for the last two days. So boring.

Injurys =

Im training handball and i think i can say im very unlucky with injuries:
-broken knee and broken knee ligaments
-strained ankle several times
- strained muscle in my back (ver hard injury)
-problems with the right shoulder
-etc

yeah injuries suck, i'm on my way back after being out for a month..
the worst injury i ever had was when i broke my ankle, damn that hurt like hell!!

Well when i played footy, my knee poped out of place, and know it hurts, nearly evrytime i walks

damn that looks really nasty, 2 of my classmates had that injury last year..

4th of February this year i got a big injury. It's hard for me to explain, cause my english isnt that good lol, but its about my knee. I couldn't play footy for 6 months. A few weeks ago I started with running again, but I still cant kick a ball properly.

Last season i got injured at the start of the season.
Pulled my hamstring in training.
Only played one game at the start of the season.
Came back to training in January and got the same injury again.
I got to play the last two games of the season when i got back.
One in the league and one in the cup final.
(Which we won)

hamstrings suck lol, i've pulled my hamstring a few times too

pull hamstrings here and there, dont really get injured lol FTW
came in 2nd first season in HS , i dont feel like playing next year in HS lol
