I'll be honest with you and this work needs a lot of improvement. Render is too big and maybe to add better render effects. You have to practice more on texture applying. BG is ok but kinda too busy and for wallpapers it's important to keep BG as simple and effective as possible and turn all attention to render.Font choice is ok but could be better and also next time try with better text effects. I agree with neo this work needs a lot of improvement..
try working at blending...do the corect resize to the render
the bg it's not so good, text it's too big
try some tutorials and u will grow very much here at PA
