NO BAD BUT NEED MORE WORK
THE RENDER EFFECTS AREN'T GOOD BUT YOU CAN IMPROVE IT - PUT SOME layers render with lightin/screen and this will solve your problem.
the texture on the text - remove it. the text isn't good - change font, color and blending. the bg isn't fit and good - add some tetxures or grunge textures on the bg.
you didn't put textures on the player so put some.
