Sorry not that good mate, way to simple. Try to look at some tutorials.

The texture in the background is fine, but the yellow color is really bad. Render is to simple, add some textures. Duplicate the render and change the settings.
Font needs improvements as well.

Keep practising.

I agree with .mufc. Try to add some render effects by adding light textures. The wood texture in the background is badly placed, if you look closely you can see that it's not filling out the whole canvas. The sides are a bit too dark and I don't like the redness in the background. Text could be better, try choosing a simpler font. Keep practicing, mate, try have a look at some tutorials!
