On Thursday night Milan Vice President Adriano Galliani revealed that Ronaldinho was “180 per cent” a Rossoneri player.

In the hours since this declaration, the jigsaws in his proposed summer move have continued to fall into place, and de Assis has now confirmed that there is a preliminary agreement between Ronaldinho and Milan.

"In general, Ronaldinho and Milan are in agreement," de Assis told the Gazzetta dello Sport.

The Italian newspaper goes on to say that the contract will be until 2012, and will net the Brazilian €8million-a-year.

Milan will pay Barcelona between €20-30million, with Ronaldinho buying out the rest of his Barcelona contract.

Milan transfer guru Galliani has also confirmed that a deal has been reached with the 28-year-old, but said that there is still much to discuss with Barca.

"There is a general agreement with the player,” he stated. “Now a deal has to be reached with Barcelona. Give us time.”

Inter Milan President Massimo Moratti earlier stated today that his club would fight Milan for Ronaldinho’s signature, however the chances of this now look very slim.

His only chance is to outbid Milan if the Rossoneri are unable to strike an agreement with the Blaugrana bosses.

I hope that is true and that the Ac Milan close soon this operation, without to have surprises of the last minutes.
Two years ago Ronaldinho was the best player of the world and also if the last season hasn't been great for him i believe that he always is one of the best in the world.

Well, supposedly Barca want 35m for Ronaldinho. I think that he will remain at Barca, but all will be known this summer. Anyway, I believe Ronaldinho can return back to life, if he joins Milan, playing with Kaka' and Pato. Not that he can't do that at Barca either, but for "some" reasons, he is not doing that.

Default Milan close in on Ronaldinho
Old 07-15-2008, 08:03 PM   #5

AC Milan have claimed they are on the brink of completing a deal to sign Ronaldinho from Barcelona.

Officials of the Italian and Spanish giants have been locked in talks throughout the day as they look to reach an agreement over the Brazil international.

Barca confirmed on Monday that Manchester City had lodged a bid of £25.5million for the talented playmaker, while Milan's offer is believed to be around £14.7million.

But with Ronaldinho's preferred destination understood to be the San Siro, it looks increasingly likely that new City boss Mark Hughes will miss out.
Prepared

AC Milan lawyer Leandro Cantamessa told the club's official website: "There is a good chance that Ronaldinho's passage to Milan will become a reality.

"Only a few economic issues are left but our legal department has already prepared all the necessary documents.

"I have heard from (chief executive Adriano) Galliani and he is calm even if no one has yet put pen to paper. We are all waiting."

Barcelona board member Rafael Yuste earlier told reporters in the Catalan capital: "We are still holding talks and nothing has been concluded.

"We are relaxed because we have two offers.

"We are under no pressure. Our desire is to find a solution for Ronaldinho. Maybe in a few hours there will be no more doubts."

Apparently is now official.

Barcelona has done it again, giving away one of their most talented players for nothing. I am sure dinho will do well in Italy and one day he will be back at Camp Nou only to beat Barcelona and make all the media say: "Why did they sell him!?" when they are one of the reasons why his reputation went down. Good luck Ronnie, you are still the best.

Dinho is a milan player officialy.
And how would barça keep dinho if he completely looks out of shape, he is fat now, i love dinho but let's face it, he is not in shape. Why did barça sold him to Milan? because dinho doesn't show his desire to play or train like he did his irst years at Barça, there's no way you can have a player who doesn't show he loves the club he belongs to, so for the good of soccer it's better for him to face new teams specially new challenges !

Symbolic expression of Ronaldinho used to break with La Porta and to fly to Milan. «Fanculo dinero: Milan»

Great DINHO
